This large public sector organisation plays an important role in delivering services that support communities across South Australia. With a strong focus on engagement, communication and community outcomes, the organisation is seeking a Communications and Engagement Support Officer to join a collaborative team responsible for delivering communication, engagement and community-focused initiatives for a 3-month period.
Reporting into a busy communications and engagement team, you will provide a combination of communications, digital content and administrative support across a range of programs and projects. This varied role will see you coordinating content, managing communication channels and supporting stakeholder engagement activities that contribute to positive community outcomes. You will assist with social media management, content creation, graphic design, stakeholder communications, event coordination and the maintenance of digital assets. The role will also involve records management, maintaining databases, coordinating resources and supporting the delivery of community engagement initiatives. Working across multiple priorities, you will help ensure communications activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
