This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic communications, managing digital engagement activities, and promoting key initiatives and priorities. The position supports effective stakeholder and community engagement, helping to inform, connect and engage audiences through clear, timely and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement effective social media strategies to strengthen online engagement, increase audience reach, and enhance digital presence.
• Develop and deliver engaging digital content across a range of platforms to communicate key messages, initiatives, and priorities.
• Monitor, maintain, and grow social media channels, ensuring content remains relevant, timely, and audience focused.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder databases and support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate the delivery of newsletters, direct mail, and other communication products to stakeholders and the broader community.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of community engagement activities, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor digital trends, audience insights, and analytics to inform communication strategies and improve engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure communications are consistent, accurate, and aligned with organisational objectives.
