Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is seeking an Commodity Admin Coordinator for our Hope Valley animal feed mill in Western Australia. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you will manage administration behind grain and bulk ingredient purchases, receipting deliveries, reconciling stock and ensuring supplier payments are accurate.

You will work across SAP, ProBatch and AgriChain, handling high volumes of transactional data with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within supply chain, logistics, accounts payable or similar environment.
• Strong numerical and data handling skills with system documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and receipting grain and bulk ingredient deliveries.
• Reconcile commodity transactions, inventory movements and supplier invoices across SAP, ProBatch and AgriChain.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across deliveries, invoices and system transactions.
• Maintain accurate records to support month-end, compliance and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Finance to support timely supplier payments.
