Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is seeking a Commodity Admin Coordinator to join the Hope Valley animal feed mill. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you'll manage the administration behind grain and bulk ingredient purchases, from receipting deliveries through to reconciling stock and checking supplier invoices.

Working across SAP and industry systems, you'll coordinate commodity transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accurate records and timely supplier

Qualifications

• Solid administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with numbers, invoices and documentation.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and receipting grain and bulk ingredient deliveries.
• Reconcile commodity transactions, inventory movements and supplier invoices across SAP, ProBatch and AgriChain.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across deliveries, invoices and system transactions.
• Maintain accurate records to support month-end, compliance and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Finance to support timely supplier payments.
