Job summary

My client, Morson Edge, is seeking qualified Electronic Security Technicians to Commissioning work on large scale commercial and government contracts across the Melbourne area.

Responsibilities include commissioning alarms, access control, CCTV, Intercom and related systems, and working with project teams to ensure high quality outcomes on diverse projects across government, defence, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years proven commissioning experience in electronic security covering alarms, access control, CCTV and associated systems.
• QLD Security License.
• Desirable - Gallagher certification.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in the design of integrated electronic security systems.
• Experience with commercial, government and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of alarms, access control, CCTV, Intercom, Servers, IT Networks and associated systems.
• Work on government, defence, commercial and industrial projects across diverse products; high-end security, alarms, access control, biometric, CCTV, intercom and related systems.
• Ensure customer service excellence and exceed expectations wherever possible.
• Collaborate with installation technicians, project managers and external subcontractors to deliver quality projects.

• Commissioning of alarms, access control, CCTV, Intercom, Servers, IT Networksand associated systems.
• Working on a wide variety of projects in government, defence, commercial and industrial sectors across a large range of different products. High End Security and Commercial Alarm systems, Access Control, Biometric, Duress, CCTV, Intercom, and associated systems.
• Ensuring customers receive the best service – exceeding expectations wherever possible
• Working hand in hand with installation technicians and projectmanagers to deliver high quality projects.and external subcontractors

Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years proven commissioningexperience in the electronic security industry covering alarms, access control, CCTV and associated systems
• QLD Security License
• Desirable - Certification with Gallagher
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience in the design of integrated electronic security systems
• Experience with Commercial, Government and industrial sites
