Job summary

QT Hotels & Resorts is EVT’s premium lifestyle hotel brand, with properties across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. We’re seeking a commis chef with at least 1+ year’s experience to join our kitchen teams, support multiple sections, and contribute to breakfast and dinner service.

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience as a commis chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working on different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you.
• Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
