Job summary

EVT Group is hiring a commis chef to join its hotel and entertainment network. You will assist in kitchen prep and cooking across various sections, with training provided for different stations. The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and the ability to work breakfast or dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a commis chef in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience on different kitchen sections is ideal; training provided.
• Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and professional communication skills.

Skills & Experience
