Job summary

EVT Group in Perth seeks entry-level kitchen support to assist in daily operations within a professional kitchen. You will help maintain cleanliness, uphold safety standards, and support the Executive Chef to deliver quality guest experiences.

As part of EVT's Daymaker culture, you will be trained, mentored, and integrated into a company with extensive hospitality brands and career growth opportunities across dining and entertainment networks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards.
• Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture.
• Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards.
• Comply with hotel policies and OH&S guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required.
