Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards and checklists.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for use in specials.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Ensure safety and company policies are followed and report issues.
