Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron in Manly, QLD is seeking a super enthusiastic Commis Chef or Experienced Cook to join our kitchen brigade with a specific focus on larder & prep cooking. Available as casual with potential to move to full-time or part-time; flexible hours including weekends.

You will work across breakfast, lunches and dinners, with cafe-style takeaway options, and have the chance to learn from experienced chefs in a busy waterfront venue.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway service.

Beautiful waterfront location on Manly's Bayside - who could ask for a better place to work than at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron!

Our venue is getting busier with increasing functions, events and includes a casual all day dining bistro operation.

We are looking for a super enthusiastic Commis Chef or Experienced Cook to join our kitchen brigade with a specific focus on larder & prep cooking.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in commercial kitchen operations.

This job would be perfect for someone who wants to learn from other experienced chefs, so can start as a casual employee and quickly move to a full‑time or even part‑time role if this is where you want to grow and develop your skills.

If you are looking for a cooking experience with lots of variety - breakfast, lunches, dinners and even cafe-style takeaway food - this will be the ideal job for you!

We need someone who is available to start as soon as possible, who is flexible with hours and days of work, and who wants to learn, work hard and be proud of their achievements.
