Smart Energy Group in Melbourne is seeking a Commercial Solar Sales Representative to visit businesses, qualify opportunities and book qualified appointments for the Business Development Manager. The role focuses on metro Melbourne with a path to greater responsibilities.

Training, coaching and a supportive team help you grow your commercial solar skills. Face-to-face sales experience is a bonus; strong communication and organisation are essential.

Formación

• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and building rapport.
• Proactive attitude with motivation to achieve targets.
• Face-to-face or B2B sales experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail when qualifying and booking appointments.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne.
• Monday to Friday availability and valid working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Visit businesses across metro Melbourne and start face-to-face conversations with owners and decision-makers.
• Identify potential commercial solar opportunities and qualify interest and suitability.
• Book qualified appointments for our Business Development Manager.
• Capture accurate contact details to ensure a strong handover.
• Report daily on activity, appointments and opportunities.
• Take part in morning meetings, training and coaching to improve results.
