Job summary

GemLife’s QA Build division seeks an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our Heritage Park team, delivering clubhouse and resort facilities including wellness centres, cinemas, bars, pools and outdoor amenities.

You will support the Site Manager, lead trade teams, ensure safety, quality and on-site coordination, and work within a structured site team with long-term continuity across resort stages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, solutions-focused Commercial Foreman with strong experience delivering high-quality commercial builds.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is required.
• Proven ability to lead trade teams, manage site programs, and uphold premium quality standards.
• Experience on resort, hospitality, or public-use facilities is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations and planning.
• Oversee operators/labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality on site.
• Lead and mentor trade teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.

QA Build is the construction arm of GemLife, delivering high-end commercial facilities across Australia’s fastest-growing luxury lifestyle resort communities. We specialise in premium clubhouse and resort infrastructure built to an exceptional standard.

We’re now seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team at Heritage Park, working closely with our Site Manager to deliver clubhouse and resort facilities including wellness centres, cinemas, bars, pools, and outdoor amenities.

The Foreman sits within a structured site team, reporting to an experienced GemLife Site Manager, with long-term continuity across multiple resort stages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations and planning.
• Oversee operators/labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
• Lead and mentor trade teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works

What We're Looking For

• A hands‑on, solutions focused Commercial Foreman with strong experience delivering high-quality commercial builds
• A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Proven ability to lead trade teams, manage site programs, and uphold premium quality standards
• Experience on resort, hospitality, or public-use facilities highly regarded
• A strong working knowledge of QLD building codes, WHS legislation, and site compliance requirements
