Job summary

BE Campbell Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Commercial team. Working with retail butcher customers, you’ll build relationships, support customer needs and identify opportunities to grow sales across your portfolio.

The role is primarily office-based with phone and email interactions, plus occasional travel to meet customers. You’ll bring experience in customer service or telesales, strong communication, and a commercial mindset to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities.
• Confident communicating with customers over phone and email.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience working towards customer service, retention or sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail butcher customers and understand their needs.
• Support customer enquiries and identify opportunities to grow sales across your portfolio.
• Drive profitable sales growth and manage key accounts under the Head of Commercial Sales.
• Communicate solutions from BE Campbell's premium product range to customers.
• Travel occasionally to attend customer meetings or industry events.
