Job summary

Appleby Real Estate in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Commercial and Industrial properties, supported by efficient Administrators and a supportive Manager.

You will handle duties including landlord/tenant liaison, rent reviews, arrears, maintenance requests, and compliance reporting, while applying industry legislation and maintaining excellent client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Agent's Representative Certificate and a valid driver's licence are essential.
• Sound knowledge of the Estate Agent's Act, Retail Leases Act and related legislation.
• Professional presentation and reliable car for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople.
• Issue statements and notices related to rent reviews, arrears and defaults.
• Ensure rent and outgoings are paid on time.
• Address maintenance requests and compliance reports.

As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of Commercial/Industrial properties in all aspects of property management with the assistance of efficient Administrators and excellent support from your Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople
• Issue Disclosure Statements and Notices in relation to Rent Reviews, Arrears, Retail Tenants, and Notices of Default etc
• Ensure rent and outgoings are paid when due
• Action and manage maintenance requests
• Handle Essential Services Compliant / Non-Compliant Reports
• Manage Client Files and ensure accurate record keeping at all times
