Job summary

Bombay Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Wollert, Melbourne. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a diverse commercial portfolio, ensuring strong tenant relationships and outstanding asset performance for owners.

As part of a collaborative leadership and commercial real estate team, you will contribute to portfolio performance, operational efficiency and business growth while upholding high service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Property Management across commercial/retail/industrial assets.
• Sound understanding of commercial leases, rent reviews, outgoings and compliance obligations.
• Eligibility to perform property management duties under Victorian estate agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
• Manage leases, renewals, rent reviews and critical lease dates.
• Prepare budgets, monitor income and outgoings, provide financial reports to owners.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractor management and statutory compliance.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers to support leasing and asset performance.
