National Estate Agents, an established industrial real estate agency, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio and work with our property management, sales and leasing teams. You will coordinate repairs, conduct inspections, manage renewals and rent reviews, and keep clients informed on day-to-day issues.
The role suits someone with commercial property management experience or a move from residential, who is organised, reliable and a strong team player.
National Estate Agents is a boutique commercial and industrial real estate agency established in 2000.
For over 25 years, we've been helping owners, investors and occupiers buy, sell, lease and manage industrial real estate throughout Melbourne's northern and western suburbs.
Our property management department is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join us.
You'll manage an industrial property portfolio, deal directly with owners and tenants and work closely with our property management, sales and leasing teams.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing relationships with owners and tenants
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
Conducting entry and exit inspections and condition reports
Managing lease renewals, options and rent reviews
Monitoring and following up rental and outgoings arrears
Preparing leases, notices and other documentation
Keeping clients informed and managing day-to-day property issues
You may already have experience in commercial property management, or you may be looking to make the move from residential into commercial.
We're looking for someone who is organised, communicates well, takes responsibility for their work and enjoys being part of a team.
You'll need:
A current Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
A valid driver's licence
We're an established agency with a strong position in Melbourne's industrial property market, but we're still a close team.
You'll work closely with experienced professionals across property management, sales and leasing, with the opportunity to learn from each other and be involved across the business.
As the department grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop your career in commercial property.
All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
