Who in the Zoo Recruitment is partnering with a leading global apparel and lifestyle brand to recruit a commercially minded Product Developer. You will own the full product lifecycle from concept and sampling through to production and launch, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce and wholesale performance.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to deliver on-brand products that meet quality, cost and timing targets, adapting

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of product development experience in apparel/fashion/lifestyle.
• Hands-on experience creating tech packs and managing product specs.
• Experience coordinating samples, fit approvals, revisions and timelines.
• Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, sampling and production.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer retail environments.
• Experience using sales data and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Commercial awareness of costing, pricing, margins and profitability.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Interest or experience in surf, boardsports, fishing, or outdoorwear is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage products from concept through sampling, development, production and launch.
• Create and maintain technical packs, product specifications and garment details.
• Coordinate samples, fit approvals, revisions and product approvals throughout development.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, design and cost targets.
• Contribute to seasonal range planning and product development for wholesale and e-commerce.
• Use sales data and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
