Job summary

Zoe Kratzmann is seeking a Product Developer to drive seasonal samples from concept to final production, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to brand standards. You will oversee fittings, quality control, tech packs, and BOMs, collaborating with offshore suppliers and the Design team to maintain premium craftsmanship and efficient critical paths.

This role requires strong Excel skills, experience across womenswear categories, and meticulous attention to detail, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role in premium fashion.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fittings.
• Experience with tech packs, grading and offshore supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas for new products and features that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Oversee development to ensure quality, sustainability and design brief compliance.
• Oversee fit and sampling process with consistent quality and brand standards.
• Track development progress, costs, and production challenges.
• Create technical packs and adjust garment specs through development.
• Maintain technical sketches and Bills of Materials.
• Coordinate with offshore suppliers and leadership for new product requirements.
