Qualifications

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse labour costs, utilisation, and productivity to identify trends and risks.
Partner with senior stakeholders to optimise resource allocation and improve utilisation.
Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools tracking labour, utilisation, and cost.
Build and maintain financial models to support commercial decisions.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
Champion AI and automation to enhance reporting and analytics.
