Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, insurance, claims or administration role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle assessments and towing activities, ensuring claims progress from lodgement through to repair.
• Manage relationships with customers, brokers, suppliers, repairers and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed.
• Assess claim information, maintain accurate records and support timely, informed decision-making.
• Negotiate cost-effective outcomes for towing, storage and repairs while balancing customer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Identify potential risks, fraud, recoveries and other opportunities to improve claim outcomes.
