Suncorp seeks a Commercial Assessing Coordinator (ASCO) to join our Commercial Motor Claims team in Sydney. You will help customers get back on the road by coordinating vehicle assessments, towing and repairs while delivering outstanding service.

You will build relationships with customers, brokers and repairers, assess claims information, maintain records, and support timely decision-making. The role suits someone with customer service, claims or administration experience and a proactive,

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a customer service, insurance, claims or administration role.

• Experience in the insurance, motor or automotive industry, or vehicle assessing qualifications, will be highly regarded but are not essential.
