Clayton Utz in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer to join our market-leading Commercial Litigation team on a full-time basis. You will work with partners Ross McInnes, Katie Wood and Vincent Giang, assisting Australian and international corporate clients with major complex disputes and regulatory matters.

This role emphasizes collaboration, delivering exceptional client service, briefing counsel, and contributing to investigations while maintaining a balanced work‑life approach.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years post-qualification experience as a Lawyer.
• Strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience.
• Strong academic achievements.

Responsibilities

• Work on major complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
• Brief and liaise with counsel; draft correspondence and advices.
