Job summary

DiMention Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate for a fully remote role across Queensland. You will manage your own caseload including commercial, construction, property and employment disputes, with the principal available for second-view support.

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE - FULLY REMOTE SEQ

Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate – Fully Remote, SEQ

Most litigators who’ve spent time in a national or large CBD firm reach a point where they know exactly how to run a matter. What they want next is the freedom to get on with it.

That’s what’s on offer here. You’ll carry your own caseload and decide how and when the work gets done. Your principal is there when you need a second view, not to sign off every email.

There’s no CBD office to commute to. You’ll work from wherever suits you across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast, and come together with the team in person once a month.

What you’ll be working on
A varied disputes practice for someone who enjoys range:

• Commercial litigation (most of your caseload)

• Construction and building disputes

• Property disputes

• Employment matters

If you’ve done commercial property or employment work, that’s a plus. Strong litigation skills come first.
