DiMention Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate for a fully remote role across Queensland. You will manage your own caseload including commercial, construction, property and employment disputes, with the principal available for second-view support.

Enjoy a tech-first, remote-friendly setup and monthly in-person team meetups. Applicants should have 5+ years PAE at Associate/Senior Associate level and a Queensland practising certificate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PAE at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Current Queensland practising certificate.
• Strong litigation grounding at a national, mid-tier or top-tier firm.

Responsibilities

• Commercial litigation (most of your caseload).
