Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction equipment or related sales
• Experience building dealer networks and direct sales

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to plan and forecast territory performance

Responsibilities

• Take overall commercial responsibility for the brand across assigned territories.
• Drive retail and wholesale performance, profitability and market share growth.
• Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, distributors and key customers.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and develop annual business plans and forecasts.
