Job summary

Alloggio is seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to drive accommodation bookings from corporate and group segments in the Bathurst area. The role focuses on generating new business, retaining clients, and growing revenue with local employers, hospitals, construction firms, events, and groups.

You will manage end-to-end opportunities from first contact to confirmed bookings and work with the Hotel Manager to deliver on promises.

Responsibilities

Build a clear target list of local businesses and organisations generating accommodation demand.
Actively prospect via phone, email, meetings, networking and local market activity.
Develop new corporate, group, project and long-stay accommodation business.
Build relationships with local employers, hospitals, construction firms, event organisers, sporting groups and wedding venues.
Take opportunities from first contact through to confirmed bookings.
Maintain a simple, accurate sales pipeline with customer, estimated value and next action.
Work with the Hotel Manager to ensure clients receive the promised experience.
