Job summary

Growing Biotech is seeking a Commercial FP&A Manager for ANZ to partner with the leadership and sales teams, owning the full FP&A cycle and shaping pricing and investment decisions.

You will forecast seasonal demand, manage budgeting and monthly performance reporting across ANZ, and translate revenue, margins and working capital into plain business terms. The role emphasizes proactive insight and building scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance with FP&A experience.
• Hands-on business partnering with sales/commercial teams.
• Experience forecasting in a seasonal/cyclical demand environment (highly regarded).
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills; Power BI or similar a plus.
• Experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and the sales team on performance and growth.
• Work closely with sales to understand seasonal cycles and build them into forecasts.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting across ANZ.
• Explain revenue, margin, cost and working capital results in plain commercial terms.
• Build scenario models to support pricing, investment and expansion decisions.
• Build and improve forecasting models and reporting from the ground up using Xero and Excel.
• Find smarter ways to automate reporting and improve leadership visibility as the business scales.
