Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting a Commercial FP&A Manager for ANZ in a fast-growing biotech company undergoing global expansion. You will sit inside the commercial engine, partner with ANZ leadership and sales to shape pricing, investment and forecasts.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting, build scenario models, and drive automation with Excel and Power BI as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance with strong FP&A experience.
• Hands-on business partnering with sales or commercial teams.
• Experience forecasting with seasonal or cyclical demand.
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills; Power BI a plus.
• Experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms.
• Hands-on and able to work without a big team; influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and the sales team on performance and growth.
• Work with sales to understand seasonal cycles and build forecasts.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting across ANZ.
• Explain revenue, margin, cost and working capital results in plain terms.
• Build scenario models for pricing, investment and expansion decisions.
• Build and improve forecasting models and reporting from the ground up using Excel and Power BI.
• Find smarter ways to automate reporting and give leadership better visibility as the business scales.
