Loan Market Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Specialist to support the Group Executive with implementing the commercial strategy. You will deliver dedicated commercial finance expertise to brokers, drive platform and technology solutions, and enable growth for broker businesses across all brands in the group.

The role also involves recruiting brokers with expertise to diversify the group’s offerings. A hybrid work model is in place with flexible leave and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial financial services with broad distribution experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop broker networks and internal teams.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Implement the LMG commercial finance strategy across broker networks.
• Coach brokers to diversify businesses and grow commercial finance opportunities.
• Coordinate with Partnership Managers/BSMs to deliver solutions and training.
• Promote lender panel solutions and MyCRM capabilities to brokers and stakeholders.
• Lead education pathways and professional development for staff and brokers.
