Job summary

Infinity Group is seeking experienced Finance Strategists (Mortgage Brokers) to join a high-volume team. You will assess borrowing capacity, craft lending and investment strategies, and deliver outcomes across owner-occupied, investment and construction loans.

This role provides access to ready client flow, dedicated broker support, and opportunities to earn more than traditional broking. Weekend Masterclasses support client sourcing and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian mortgage broking or lending.
• Formal mortgage broking qualifications and lender accreditations.
• Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, compliant environment.
• Strong technical capability in borrowing capacity assessment and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through finance journey from strategy to settlement.
• Complete borrowing capacity assessments and tailor lending strategies.
• Develop lending strategies for debt reduction and wealth creation.
• Structure owner-occupied, investment property, and construction loans.
• Manage high-volume applications and keep clients informed.
• Maintain CRM records, compliant file notes and evidence.
• Collaborate with lenders, BDMs, and internal teams to achieve outcomes.
• Identify risks early and resolve delays proactively.
• Connect clients with Infinity’s broader services.
• Attend Masterclass and Real Estate Mastery events; weekend work required monthly.
