Michael Page Australia is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a high-growth international business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own finance operations, drive performance improvements and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You will bring CA or CPA qualification, strong budgeting and analytical skills, and a track record of influencing stakeholders in multinational settings.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with a strong accounting foundation.
• Experience in Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance Business Partner roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in multinational, complex, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function including reporting, tax, audit and controls.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, compliance, tax, audit, treasury, and controls.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing meaningful insights to support business growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence commercial decisions and deliver strategic financial guidance.
• Develop accurate financial models, performance analysis, and management reporting to support key initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, strengthening controls and improving operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

What you'll bring:

• CA or CPA qualified, with a strong technical accounting foundation.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Experience operating within a multinational, complex, or fast-paced environment.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and a track record of driving continuous improvement.
