Michael Page is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function in a high-growth international business. You will own finance operations, partner with stakeholders to drive performance, and deliver strategic financial guidance across the organisation.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop robust financial models, enhance reporting, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a high-performing team. Hybrid working model in Sydney, Australia.

Competenze

• CA or CPA qualification with a strong technical accounting foundation.
• Experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering experience.
• Experience in multinational, complex or fast-paced environments.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership capability and track record of driving continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, compliance, tax, audit, treasury, and controls.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing meaningful insights to support business growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence commercial decisions and deliver strategic financial guidance.
• Develop accurate financial models, performance analysis, and management reporting to support key initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, strengthening controls and improving operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

What you'll bring:

• CA or CPA qualified, with a strong technical accounting foundation.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Experience operating within a multinational, complex, or fast-paced environment.
