The role focuses on governance, reporting, planning and continuous improvement across a manufacturing and project-based environment.

You will manage a finance team, deliver accurate financial insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvements while supporting strategic business decisions across

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in financial management, financial control or business partnering.
• Experience in project-based and manufacturing environments, including project costing and gross margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance and operational oversight.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Maintain robust financial controls and risk management.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to support sustainability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to monitor costs and margins.
• Develop and motivate the finance team and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
