Job summary

Techforce is partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for a Melbourne-based opportunity. You will manage the commercial and contractual elements of major projects, including contract administration, variations, claims and subcontractor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager or senior equivalent.
• Strong major construction or infrastructure project experience.
• Background in contract administration and commercial management.
• Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractors.
• Experience across telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, energy, mining, marine or heavy industries is highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of commercial and contractual risk.

This role will manage the commercial and contractual aspects of major projects, including contract administration, variations, claims, subcontractor negotiations, commercial risk and project reporting.
