CTC in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage tenders from start to finish on mid to large-scale commercial projects. The role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates, building strong subcontractor relationships, and driving competitive pricing.

You will identify risks and opportunities early, contribute to tender strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership and the pre-construction team on key bids.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator within a Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 commercial builder
• Strong understanding of the Adelaide subcontractor and construction market
• Experience estimating projects in the $5M–$30M range
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and being part of a high-performing team
