Job summary

Oroton is seeking a commercially minded data analyst to lead and enhance supply chain reporting, delivering insights that drive budgeting, forecasting and cost management. You will build models, analyze operational performance across freight, warehousing and inventory, and collaborate with finance and business teams to identify efficiency gains.

With 4+ years of experience, you will leverage Advanced Excel and Power BI to create KPI scorecards and performance dashboards, while exploring

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting, finance, commercial analytics or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI capability.
• Experience working with reporting, forecasting, budgeting or performance analysis.
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Interest or experience in AI, automation and technology-driven business improvement.

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, with a dotted line into the Commercial Finance team, this role will play a critical role in driving insight, reporting and commercial decision-making across Oroton's Supply Chain function. This role is responsible for optimising reporting frameworks, analysing financial and operational performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and cost outcomes across the business.

This is a unique opportunity for a naturally curious and commercially minded analyst to build meaningful reporting, drive operational improvements and help shape the future of Supply Chain through the adoption of AI, automation and smarter ways of working.

What we're looking for:

• Advanced Excel and Power BI capability.
• Experience working with reporting, forecasting, budgeting or performance analysis.
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Interest or experience in AI, automation and technology-driven business improvement.
• Qualifications in Commerce, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
