Pace Farm is seeking a Commercial Analyst – Sales & Operations to join the Finance team at our Norwest Head Office in Sydney. You will partner with Sales, Farming and Finance to deliver meaningful commercial analysis and insights that support business performance and decision-making.

You’ll analyse sales, customer profitability and farm performance to identify opportunities, manage risks and support growth through robust financial modelling and reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, economics or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification or in progress.

Aufgaben

• Track weekly performance with insights for Sales and Farming teams.
• Analyze sales, channel, product profitability, price, volume and mix.
• Support pricing, promotions, tendering and customer investments through modelling.
• Monitor profitability to improve revenue, margin, and trading performance.
• Analyze farm performance: eggs produced, feed, mortality; identify opportunities/risks.
• Contribute to month-end closes, budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis.
