Reo Group in Sydney seeks a Commercial Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning and FP&A, owning recurring reporting and insights that shape pricing, promotions and investments.

You’ll bring 2–3 years in commercial finance or business analysis, a degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, and ideally CA/CPA/CIMA studies. Strong Excel and finance-system skills are essential for cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in commercial finance, FP&A or business analysis.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; CA/CPA/CIMA studies viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring commercial reporting across key business areas.
• Track innovation performance and provide insights into outcomes.
• Analyse pricing elasticity and support pricing decisions.
• Review promotional performance and translate results into insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Partner with Sales, Demand Planning and FP&A to challenge forecast assumptions.
• Assist Category and Finance Managers on various commercial projects.
• Build financial analysis for new product and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on ROI and promotional investment proposals.
• Analyse customer, category and channel performance for risks and opportunities.
• Work with large data sets and financial systems to improve analysis quality.
