Job summary

Ramelius Resources is seeking a site leadership professional to oversee commercial, administration, and supply functions at the Dalgaranga mine. You will drive budgeting, cost control, and on-site financial reporting while leading a team to deliver efficient operations and strong governance.

You will develop long-term financial plans, manage inventory and accommodation logistics, and support contracts in collaboration with Group Contracts.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting with CA/CPA membership.
• Statutory Supervisor and SSE qualifications required for appointment to Alternate position.
• Developed financial and commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Established leadership experience with a focus on team culture and capability development.
• Experience preparing and reporting to production budgets and managing accounting controls.
• Familiarity with Pronto ERP (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term financial plans with measurable outputs.
• Lead the site’s supply and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient systems and inventory control.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager at Dalgaranga Gold Mine, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the site’s commercial, administration, and supply functions.

You’ll be leading the team to deliver commercial, supply and administration functions for the high grade gold operations.

• Lead the operational budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting on site.
• Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term financial plans with measurable outputs.
• Lead the site’s supply and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient systems and inventory control.
• Oversee and improve processes for the site’s accommodation, travel, and village services.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial terms in collaboration with Group Contracts.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:
