Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is representing a well-established project home builder in Sydney seeking a Colour Consultant to guide home buyers through colour and design selections, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience from start to finish.

You will conduct exterior and interior selection appointments, advise on finishes and palettes, and ensure designs meet standards and budgets. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on service and visual communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as Colour Consultant, Interior Designer, or similar role in residential projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good eye for colour, finishes, and spatial design.
• Confident consulting with clients in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exterior and interior selection appointments with clients.
• Advise on finishes, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes.
• Ensure selections meet design standards, budgets, and build requirements.
• Manage electrical plans and advise on this.
