Job summary

Angle Finance is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage an assigned portfolio of overdue accounts, reducing arrears and maximising recoveries while upholding fair customer outcomes.

You will engage with customers, assess circumstances, negotiate payment arrangements, monitor follow-ups and escalate when needed in hardship, mercantile or legal recoveries. The role combines empathy with accountability in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in asset finance, commercial lending, hardship, mercantile recoveries or legal recoveries will be highly regarded.
