Job summary

Waratah Preschool and Nursery in Berowra, NSW is hiring an Early Childhood Educator for either Certificate III or Diploma qualifications. This permanent position offers 3–4 days per week with hourly pay ranging from $32 to $40 depending on qualification and experience.

You will join a friendly, long-established centre that values reflective practice, teamwork, and ongoing professional development. Applicants must hold NSW WWC clearance and familiarity with EYLF/NQF.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards completion.
• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and knowledge of EYLF/NQF.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Support engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Contribute to observations, programming and learning documentation.
