Toby’s Estate Pty invites applications for a Production Assistant at our state-of-the-art roastery in New South Wales. You will play a vital role in packing, stock management, and quality-focused production alongside a friendly team.

The role is casual, approximately 25 hours per week across three days, with potential weekend shifts as needed. Experience in FMCG production helps, and a can-do attitude is valued in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and machine operation within FMCG sector.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable, with good time management and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Machine packing and hand packing.
• Carton packing coffee and stacking pallets.
• Operating and maintaining the ICA packing machine.
• Communicating coffee bean volumes for additional roasting.
• Managing stock levels and replenishment.
• Completing documentation and general manufacturing tasks.
• Collaborating within the production team.
