Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a driven New Business Development Specialist - Coffee to grow Grinders Coffee by identifying, developing and winning new customers in Sydney and surrounding regions. This field-based role partners with Territory Managers to build a strong pipeline, convert opportunities and deliver growth, with quarterly regional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
• Coffee industry, hospitality or sales experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities into profitable, long-term Grinders customers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and deliver against new business and financial targets.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers, key decision-makers and industry contacts.
• Use your coffee expertise to provide advice on coffee quality, equipment, brewing standards and beverage solutions.
• Deliver coffee training and support customers through onboarding and implementation.
• Partner with Territory Managers and broader commercial teams to identify and progress growth opportunities.
• Represent Grinders at industry events, customer activations and trade engagement opportunities.
