Job summary

Sea Sea Hotel in Crescent Head is seeking casual Bartenders and Baristas to join a refined team near the coast. You’ll craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and step out from behind the bar to engage guests in the restaurant. Baristas will know espresso inside out and help when busy.

You’ll work alongside kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a memorable Sea Sea experience, delivering polished service, and keeping service areas clean and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in bars, restaurants or cafes (high-end venues a plus).
• RSA certification.
• Available evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Well presented and hospitality is in your blood.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, personable service that matches the Sea Sea standard.
• Make recommendations and anticipate what guests need before they ask.
• Work across the bar, restaurant, events, private functions and in-room dining.
• Keep every service area clean, sharp and running smoothly.
• Back your team to make every shift seamless.
