Job summary

Southport Sharks in Chirn Park, Queensland, is seeking experienced Lead Bartenders to work across our venues, including the vibrant Kaktus Mexican restaurant and our relaxed Lounge Bar. This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to run a smooth service, create quality cocktails and bring energy to the team.

If you enjoy fast paced shifts, great drinks, and memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Weekend availability is essential, with 20 to 30 hours per week on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or lead bartender in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to prepare quality cocktails consistently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available for weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Run smooth service across venues as lead bartender.
• Prepare cocktails and manage bar during busy periods.
• Support and lead bar staff during service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and energy on shift.
