Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking an experienced Bartender to join the Sydney Cidery team at Rydges World Square. You’ll deliver service with flair in a fast-paced, high-end hotel bar, showing product knowledge and engaging with a diverse clientele.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bar experience, solid knowledge of wine and cocktails, and excellent communication. RSA certification and the ability to multi-task in busy outlets are essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a restaurant, hotel or bar environment.
• Proven knowledge of wine and cocktails; training provided.
• Personable and able to engage guests, with strong communication.
• Flexible to support different outlets in a hotel setting.
• RSA certification held.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grooming and a clean, stocked work area.
• Deliver exceptional service while following safety and hygiene procedures.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and adhere to standards.
• Complete opening, closing, and cashiering duties accurately.
