Coates Erskine Park Portables is seeking a Project Supervisor to deliver end-to-end portable building and temporary facility solutions across multiple customer projects. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate logistics and ensure safety and quality aligned with Coates’ Safety First – Zero Harm culture.

• Experience in project supervision or construction site leadership.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements, risk management and compliance.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience interpreting plans and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and supervise portable building installation and demobilisation.
• Lead installation crews, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safely.
• Coordinate labour, transport, cranes and site resources.
• Review site plans, drawings and safety requirements before start.
• Act as primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote safety culture.
• Monitor progress, manage variations and maintain records.

Based at the Coates Erskine Park Portables branch, the Project Supervisor plays a key role in delivering end‑to‑end portable building and temporary facility solutions across a range of customer projects and sites. Acting as the on‑site Coates representative, you will lead teams, coordinate logistics, manage safety and work closely with customers to ensure high‑quality, compliant outcomes aligned with Coates’ Safety First – Zero Harm culture.

Your typical day will include:

• Planning, coordinating and supervising portable building installation, relocation and demobilisation projects from order confirmation through to customer handover.
• Leading installation crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinating labour, transport, cranes, equipment and site resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Reviewing site plans, installation drawings, project documentation and safety requirements prior to project commencement.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Leading toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and promoting a strong safety-first culture.
• Monitoring project progress, managing variations and maintaining accurate project records and reporting.
• Identifying risks and resolving issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Previous experience in a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or similar project delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, project teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, risk management and compliance.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience interpreting plans, drawings and project documentation.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting systems.
• Experience within construction, building services, modular buildings, infrastructure or project-based operations will be highly regarded.
