Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Pacific Hotel in Yeppoon. You will lead on the floor, drive shift performance, mentor a local team, and coordinate across venue departments to ensure seamless daily operations and great guest service.

You’ll bring hands-on hospo leadership, the appropriate RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers Licence, and a collaborative attitude to work with the Publican and management group.

Qualifications

• Hands-on venue leadership with experience in bar, bistro or gaming operations.
• Proven ability to mentor a local team and drive shift performance.
• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and supervise daily venue operations.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running safely with a great vibe.
• Develop guest service standards and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff across venue departments during shifts.
• Handle hiccups and maintain business continuity.
