Job summary

Hampshire Property Group is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead Barling's Beach Holiday Park on NSW's south coast. You will own day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and guest satisfaction, and develop a capable team across reception, maintenance and services.

This hands-on role offers on-site accommodation and utilities as part of the package, with support from Head Office and a values-led organisation. Weekend/evening flexibility is required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in holiday parks, accommodation, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong leadership to build engaged teams and drive performance.
• Financially astute with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Park Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and continued success of Barling's Beach Holiday Park. This is a varied leadership role for someone who enjoys building capable teams, improving commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations, including accommodation, amenities and guest services.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members across reception, housekeeping, maintenance and recreation.
• Drive occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction in partnership with Head Office support teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, expense control and operational reporting.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and asset care.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Resolve guest matters promptly and professionally while fostering a warm, service-focused culture.
• Build productive relationships with suppliers, local businesses and the wider community.

About You

You are a practical and commercially minded leader who is equally comfortable supporting guests, guiding a team and keeping operations on track.

• Demonstrated management experience in holiday parks, accommodation, tourism, hospitality or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Strong people leadership skills and experience building an engaged, accountable team.
• Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue management and cost control.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to exceptional guest service, safety and operational standards.
• Confidence using reservation, point-of-sale or property management systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings when operationally required.
• A current National Police Check and First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain them.
